President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived the Eagle square, venue for the All Progressive Congress (APC) national convention.
The convention kicked off on June 6th with registration formalities, while stakeholders of the party have been enmeshed in consultations over who should emerge as the party’s presidential flagbearer.
Three party delegates from each of the 774 local governments across Nigeria are eligible to vote in the primary.
A total of 23 presidential aspirants are taking part in the primary. Some of them include Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, ex-Lagos governor Bola Tinubu, Senate President Ahmad Lawan, ex-transport minster Rotimi Amaechi, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, and Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi.
