Ekiti  Guber:  PDP, APC, SDP Candidates Win Polling Units

The Candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Social Democratic Party (SDP) have  all won their polling units in the ongoing Ekiti governorship election.

Bisi Kolawole,  the candidate of the PDP,  who cast his vote in Ward 8, Unit 1, Efon Alaye, in Efon Local Government Area, polled 98 votes.

The APC candidate, Biodun Oyebanji polled 13 votes, while Labour Party (LP) got 1 votes, SDP secured  2 votes. 

While two votes were voided, total vote cast was 116

Kolawole  was declared the winner of the unit by the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC’s ad-hoc staff, after counting of votes.

Also,  the Candidate of the APC, Abiodun Oyebanji  won his polling unit  at Ward 3, Igede Ekiti. 

Oyebanji recorded 81 votes to beat other candidates. PDP scored 23 votes while Oni of the SDP had 30 votes.

A total of 140 voters were accredited out of 367 registered voters in the unit.

At  unit 6,  Ward 4, Ogbon Iro in Ifaki Ekiti, Segun Oni, the candidate of the SDP polled 218 votes to beat APC candidate, who scored 15 . PDP got only two votes.
